History: +135 years of experience: since 1883, Trapiche has earned its place as a pioneer in innovative grape growing and winemaking practices in Argentina.
Our explorer spirit has led us to find unique, remote locations where to grow grapes, not only in Mendoza, at the foot of the Andes, but also on the coast, a place that has driven us to craft Argentina's first wines of oceanic influence.
Regional information: Trapiche owns over 1,000 hectares of vineyards and works collaboratively with more than 300 growers from different areas of Mendoza, in a continuous effort to improve wine quality.
Vinification: Trapiche Reserve is made with grapes sourced from the foothills of The Andes Mountains, where the concentrated, aromatic fruit thrives. The nine months of aging in oak barrels add finesse, harmony, and complexity. This Malbec features a beautiful deep red color with violet hues. It offers sweet aromas of blackberries and plums, complemented by an elegant touch of smoke and vanilla. The velvety texture and sweet, long aftertaste make it truly enjoyable.
