Microwave from chilled but can also be heated on the hob. If freezing at home, defrost thoroughly before heating. Before heating: Remove lid and replace loosely. Place directly into microwave. During heating: Stir halfway though. Re-cover and continue heating. After heating: Check food is piping hot. Allow to stand for 1 minute. Stir thoroughly. Do not reheat once cooled.
