How to use
1. If using salty or acidic foods lightly coat with cooking oil.
2. Remove the lid and replace with foil before cooking or heating food in a conventional oven.
3. Once cooked to retain heat more effectively place lid foil side down.

Caution
- Not suitable for use in a microwave.
- Salt and acidic food can cause foil to discolour and degrade.
- Remove lids before using in a conventional oven.
- Do not place near electric element or naked flames.
- We recommend the use of oven gloves when removing the trays from the oven.
