Preparation
Suggested Use: For adults, take two caplets daily, preferably with a meal. Do not exceed stated dose.

WARNING: Contains Iron, which can be harmful to children in large doses. In case of accidental overdose, contact your Doctor or nearest Hospital Casualty Department immediately. Long term intake of amounts greater than 4 mg daily of Manganese may lead to muscle pain and fatigue.
